 This is the schedule for my upcoming classes.

Please choose a class appropriate to your level of experience. 

If you are new to Iyengar Yoga or returning to practice after a break, the Beginner's Course is the best place to start.

Click on the Content Library button for access to my online video classes.

If you would like to book a Private Class for 1 - 5 people give me a call. I am also available for corporate sessions on request. These can happen in the studio or at you business address.

If you're interested  in an Intuitive Reading with me, you can find out more information and make a booking here .  These can be done in person in Griffith NSW or via a zoom call.
