Dive deeper into your practice with Janine.  A private session can be helpful if you would like a tailored program that considers exactly where you're at.  

These sessions are helpful if you are working with injuries or illness or if you want more in directive feedback in your practice.

They can help you get confident and competent with your home practice so that you understand sequencing, timing and modifications more clearly.

Sessions are available on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons or Saturday depending on availability. They are run at Riverina Yoga Studio and all equipment is provided.
