This class is a mixed level class and all students from beginners to experienced are welcome to join.
The class will be tailored to the students individual needs and will include foundational poses, breath work and relaxation as well extension poses where appropriate.
This class will give you a good grounding in yoga technique and help you to feel stronger and more flexible as well as giving you tools to bring more relaxation and calm into your life.
