This class is perfect if you are new to yoga or coming back after a break.
The Beginners Course provides a good foundation of basic yoga poses, breath work and relaxation and prepares students for Level One and Two Iyengar Yoga classes.
Many students repeat the beginners course a number of times until they feel ready to progress.
It is a face to face class with Janine at Riverina Yoga Studio that runs over 5 weeks.
