This is a 4 week series of pre-recorded classes suitable for students to practice at home over the summer break. This is a great way to keep your practice momentum going. You'll be kick-starting a home practice and starting your year with a new habit that will keep you feeling great and living well!
You will need some basic equipment.
- yoga mat
- 2 yoga blocks. You can find these at the studio or other options from stores like target and Kmart or locally at GB's
- 2- 3 blankets or towels. Make sure these are firm. A firm pillow might work too.
- yoga belt or use a long belt or scarf if you have too. Also available from stores like target and Kmart or locally at GB's
- chair or stool. Something stable that isn't on wheels
- some wall space
The classes will focus on a mix foundational poses and also include time for restorative poses and savasana (relaxation) and will run for around 45 minutes.
The classes will be available from 5 am on Mondays throughout January and will be available until 3rd February when regular classes start again at the studio.
It will work best if you set a regular time to practice the class and do it at the same time each week if you can. If you are already a class regular you could do it at the same time you would normally come to class. Or if you are on holiday you could do it first thing in the morning.
You will receive a class reminder each week via email with a link to the video. Please let me know if you need a hand learning how to use your punchpass account. You will need to sign in to access the class video.
You can practice each class as many times as you like in the period they are available. The first class will be available from 6th January 2025 and another class will be released at 5 am on Monday morning each week through January. Access to these classes will end on 3rd of February 2025.
NB; Students with a membership to the content library will have access to these classes also.
