This class is most suitable for students who have completed the Beginners Yoga course. The understanding developed in beginner's is built on as more complex poses and sequences are introduced. The ability to focus on instruction is important as we explore ourselves and our practice more deeply.
Inversions and pranayama will be explored and deepened upon.
